We are living through strange times at the moment. It is clear that now more than ever before, the importance of focusing on our shared humanity and community is integral and here, at The Collaborative Store, we are committed to continue to engage with our community and support each other. With this in mind, we are continuing our series titled We Come Together #wecometogether, this time in partnership with Kurami, a London-based meal planning service providing nourishing and delicious food designed to support gut health and overall well-being.Now is the time to act together! The #wecometogether campaign aims to support socially conscious UK-based brands and to bring extra value to you, our wonderful customers. To cheer up this summer time, Kurami and The Collaborative Store collaborated to highlight thoughtful, like-minded lifestyle businesses in the UK, sharing similar vision, values and ethics.
The idea of the campaign is simple: Place an order with one brand and you get a carefully curated Gift from another. The campaign launches on Tuesday, 4th of August and lasts until Gift stock runs out.
First 15 customers with order values over £40 and London based delivery address will receive a thoughtfully put together, healthy & delicious complimentary gift from Kurami, together with the orginal The Collaborative Store order. Please note Kurami currently serve London postcodes only and therefore this particular offer is available to our London-based customers at this time. The gift is vegan-friendly.

We are sharing one of our favourite nutritious and delicious, easy to make Kurami recipes. This Potato Gnocchi dish will definitely become a hit with your friends & family.
Ingredients (Serves 4):

250g boiled potatoes
120g gf flour
100g basil leaves
25g pine nuts
2 cloves of garlic
5g of nutritional yeast flakes
1 lemon (juice only)
30ml olive oil
50ml water
Recipe Method:

1. Mash boiled potatoes and gently fold flour until it reaches a dough-like consistency
2. Divide into balls and roll into sausage-like strips
3. Add basil, pine nuts, yeast flakes, olive oil and ater to teh blender and blend until smooth
4. Transfer to a pan on a low heat. Bring to boil and add gnochhi to water. When gnocchi floats, all is cooked
5. Use a slotted spoon and remove gnocchi, add them directly to pesto
6. Toss gnocchi until well coated and serve immediately
7. Enjoy :))
